Our main goal is your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

If you need to request an exchange or return, please contact us within the first 5 calendar days after receiving your order. You can do so by sending an email to dianazertuchejoyeria@gmail.com.
After this time the request will no longer proceed.

When contacting us please include the following information:
* Full name.
* Number of order.
* Description of the situation for which you request the exchange or return
* Photograph of the product you wish to be returned

Diana Zertuche will proceed with the change of your product for the following reasons

1. If the product is not the size or color you expected
2. If the product does not meet the described characteristics.
3. If the product we sent you was incorrect.
4. If the product has damage or factory defect
5. If the product arrives unpainted or broken.

In order to approve the request, the part must be unused, in the same condition in which the product was received and in its original packaging.

1.-If the product has a damage or factory defect, was the incorrect order or does not comply with the described characteristics, we will cover the cost of the return guide and the new shipping guide.
2.-In the case of requesting an exchange due to size, color or simply because it did not meet your expectations, the cost of shipping will be absorbed by you.
3.-If the product arrives unpainted or broken, the cost of the return will be absorbed by you and the new shipping guide by us. (Here we can let the shipping costs be absorbed by the customer and we absorb the change of the part)

Within a period of up to five business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) after receiving your request, we will contact you. You will receive an approval or rejection email, and occasionally, we may require additional information. If everything is in order and the situation meets the valid causes, we will be happy to approve your request. THE CARE YOU PROVIDE TO YOUR PIECES IS CRUCIAL TO THEIR DURABILITY.
Imperfections in the piece are not considered a factory defect, since they are pieces made by hand.
